A full working session through your business, and the written plan that comes out of it: where the work is slipping and what to fix first. The plan is yours to keep even if you never hire me. If you do go ahead with the build, this fee comes off the price.
Building it
If you want the systems built, that is a one-time setup fee. Everything I build is yours to own and keep.
